This Document supports our belief on why these bombings were unjustifeied. This document goes into great detail about the painful and lasting effect of the radiation. It discusses the many lives that were lost due to the need for revenge. The Americans were so worried about getting their revenge that they didn't really sit back and think about the damage they would cause.
Casualties.:

This is a list of materials gathered after the Hiroshima and Nagasaki bombings. It shows the many lives that were lost and gives a specific death toll. It supports our theory of why it was unjustified for the Americans to commit this attack of hatred. Those people who had not died instantly from the bang had later died from radiation and cancer.
J. Robert Oppenheimer on Government Secrecy:

This is a very powerful speech that further supports our descion that the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were unjustified. Great thought and work was put into this speech to pull on the heart-strings. Thousands of people died and lost love ones all because Americans wanted to take action into their own hands it was truly wrong and they should've paid.
Truman Threatens Japan With Bombs:

Truman had threatened Japan with bombs to stop any further conflict which means he was hesitant to committ these crimes. Though what they did was terrible we strongly believe that Truman felt a sense of guilt and didn't really want to do this unless it was really necessary.
White House Press Release:

The release about the bombings I feel were in favor of the many people who lost their lives. Releasing it to the public shows that it was a big deal. These were innocent people that America was so willing to attack, They were just innocent by-standers that America wanted to hurt for their revenge. These people were not all bad people making it wrong for America to commit such a cruel and unlawful act.
Eye Whitness on Atomic Bomb:
http://www.hiroshima-remembered.com/documents/Nagasaki.html
The eyewitness had seen the boom of the horrific attack and to be able to create so much harm to living beings is inhumane and cruel. To witness such an attack would be devastating, knowing the fear that is going on in the citizens head's is unbearable. Witnessing the attack just shows how wrong and cruel this act of revenge truly was. The lasting affects are truly heart-breaking.
